CHIROPRACTIC CARE

Chiropractic adjustments can help animals with pain, lameness, gastrointestinal issues, neurological dysfunction, eating problems, poor immunity, allergies, hormonal imbalances, and much more. Dr. Rachel Walsh is a veterinarian in Houston, Tx and provides chiropractic care and acupuncture to dogs, cats, and exotics. The adjustment itself can be a little uncomfortable for a second, but your pet will walk away feeling instantaneously better. The initial visit will take about 30 minutes, while the subsequent visits will be about 15 minutes.

My Mission

I help pets heal themselves by restoring their natural health.

  • How long does an adjustment take?
It typically takes about 10-15 minutes.
  • How do you adjust a dog spine?
I adjust 1 vertebra at a time, and only the joints out of alignment are adjusted.
  • Does my pet have to lie on a table?
No. Your pet will be standing or sitting comfortably during the whole adjustment.
  • Does it hurt?
Most of the adjustments feel good! A few joints can be slightly uncomfortable for a second. But then, they will realize that they feel so much better!
  • How long will it take to see an effect?
Most dogs will show an immediate improvement! Dogs with chronic diseases or a long-lasting issue may take longer to see improvement. This is because they have been in that condition for so long.
  • What if my pets issue needs more than an adjustment?
Chiropractic adjustments are necessary for most issues a pet may have. These adjustments help its body and immune system to function more effectively! If additional diagnostics or treatments are needed, I’m here to help. I have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, and I can make additional recommendations for your pet’s health.
Replenish Pet Chiropractic
The Canine Supplement You’re Looking For

Besides chiropractic care, I also developed a line of holistic products to help keep our pets naturally healthy. Replenish is a canine supplement I developed to be added to your dog's water to entice them to stay hydrated and help them recover faster during exercise or illness. This water supplement keeps active dogs at their best by restoring the vital nutrients lost during either work or exercise. As a former All-American NCAA Division 1 track athlete, a Biochemistry major at Rice University, and an active participant in dog agility competitions, I was inspired to create an all-natural canine supplement that supports both hydration and recovery after high-intensity activities. After years of research that included testing Replenish on my own dog, Sammy, I successfully pioneered a solution that keeps furry friends at the top of their game.
